Houdini is loading an old client

This is due to a duplicate intake form.  Each time you click the activation link in the email, a new incomplete intake form is created.  When you login the system recognizes the incomplete form and wants you to complete the incomplete intake form.  These duplicate intake forms automatically expire after 30 days.  If you need the duplicate's deleted before the 30 days, send an email to ITsupport@dfeh.ca.gov.
