Browser/Computer troubleshooting

Check your browser:

  1. Go to to check your browser capabilities and make sure you're using the latest version of your browser

  3. Try from a different browser – Chrome and Firefox both comply with the latest web standards.

Check your computer:

  1. Temporarily disable any pop-up blocker software
  2. Connect your computer directly to the internet instead of a wireless router
  3. Try from a different computer
