Start a Meeting on a PC

  1. On a PC or Mac, go to the join.me website and click Start meeting.
    The join.me application is downloaded.
  2. Launch the join.me application.
    Once the application is running, you see the presenter's toolbar.

    Tip: If you are using more than one monitor, look for join.me on your primary monitor. It always starts on your primary monitor, even when you launch it from a secondary monitor.
  3. Invite others to join.
    • You can use the following options to provide the information for the link to
      • Copy meeting link
      • Send email invitation
      • Send a code to the participants indicating them to enter the code at join.me
  4. Start sharing your screen.

    How many people can join? DFEH’s PRO accounts allow up to 50 participants (one organizer plus 49 viewers) and up to 10 video streams.
